As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles \& Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional \& Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes within packaged or software as a service environments.
Experience working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low\-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability during updates.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance.
Familiarity with documenting technical procedures and maintaining configuration records.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
