Summary

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross\-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low\-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance. You will engage in problem\-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of application processes, ensuring that the systems operate efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the configuration and support of packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Spring Boot, Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of front\-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development life cycle.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
