About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic **Paid Ads Intern** who has recently completed or is pursuing a course in Digital Marketing and is eager to build a career in Performance Marketing.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital advertising platforms, a willingness to learn, and an analytical mindset. You will work closely with our performance marketing team and gain hands\-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Support the team in keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, and brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, clicks, impressions, conversions, and other key metrics.
• Assist in analysing campaign reports and identifying areas for improvement.
• Work on basic ad copywriting and coordinate with the design team for creative requirements.
• Learn and implement campaign optimisation techniques to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
• Assist with tracking and reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in digital advertising.

Skills \& Requirements

• Recently completed or pursuing a certification/course in Digital Marketing.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
