Paid Ads Manager

Supersoft Solutions is a digital marketing and web agency in Ahmedabad. We run SEO, social media, paid advertising, GoHighLevel CRM automation and web development for clients in the UK and India, mainly dental and healthcare practices and e\-commerce brands.

• *The Role**

We are looking for a hands\-on Paid Ads Manager to plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. You will own campaign performance from strategy to reporting and focus on generating quality leads and sales for our clients at a healthy cost per result.

• *Responsibilities**

• Plan, set up and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Build lead generation campaigns for dental and healthcare clients and sales campaigns for e\-commerce clients
• Research audiences, keywords and competitors, and set up targeting
• Write ad copy and work with the design team on creatives, and run A/B tests
• Manage budgets and bids to lower cost per lead and cost per acquisition
• Set up conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4\)
• Track lead quality and flow through the CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and the internal team
• Stay up to date with platform changes and advertising policies, including restrictions for healthcare advertising

• *Requirements**

• Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with real budgets
• Strong understanding of ad metrics: CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate
• Hands\-on experience with conversion tracking, GTM and GA4
• Experience in lead generation campaigns (healthcare, local service or e\-commerce is a plus)
• Good written English for ad copy and client reports
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple client accounts

• *Good to Have**

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
• Experience with UK or international markets
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel or another CRM
• Experience with Looker Studio dashboards
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimisation

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
