We are is looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns who are eager to gain hands\-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship provides practical exposure to real\-time hiring processes and corporate HR operations while working remotely.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source and connect with candidates through calls and messages
• Explain job roles and interview processes to applicants
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Screen candidate profiles from job portals such as Naukri and other recruitment platforms
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain daily recruitment and hiring reports
• Coordinate with recruiters and the hiring team
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
