We are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist who can create, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing multiple client accounts, developing data\-driven strategies, and delivering measurable business outcomes through paid media campaigns.**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
- Conduct daily account monitoring, performance analysis, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI.
- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Vehicle Ads campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Looker Studio, and platform\-specific reporting tools.
- Build and maintain customized dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness.
- Perform keyword research, audience analysis, competitor analysis, and conversion tracking implementation.
- Collaborate with SEO, Social Media, Content, and Design teams to develop integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign performance, recommendations, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and growth strategies during client meetings.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and paid advertising best practices.
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively recommend optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring quality execution and timely delivery.

### **Technical Skills**
- 3\+ years of hands\-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4\).
- Experience with Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) reporting.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, GTM, event tracking, and attribution models.
- Experience managing eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
