We’re looking for a **hands\-on Paid Media Executive with 2\-5 years** of hands\-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their skills in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and digital strategy while working on real client projects in the Salon \& Wellness Industry. The ideal candidate should be process\-oriented, data\-driven, and excited to work in a fast\-paced team environment
Ø 2 \- 5 years of hands\-on experience in experience in paid media advertising on Google, Facebook, Youtube preferably in the retail, b2c industry driving leads, revenue, walk\-ins or similar measurable results.
Ø Deliver results according to the established KPI's and performance metrics to track success for each of the client campaigns.
Ø Handle a team of Interns and Junior staff to coordinate for delegation of tasks.
Ø Must be available to work from our office (no remote/freelance engagement)
Ø Will need to attend an offline interview to complete a skill\-test assignment.
Ø Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals – especially performance\-based campaigns.
Ø Willingness to follow structured checklists and internal SOPs.
Ø Comfortable working with teams across departments (design, web, content)
Ø Comfortable interacting with customers for coordinating campaign requirements and communicating results.
Ø Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client projects.
Ø Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast\-paced marketing agency environment.
Ø Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail.
Ø Will need to attend a skill\-test assignment.
Ø Experienced in running RSA, Demand Gen campaigns with long running campaigns that have generated measurable results and RoI.
Ø Possess practical knowledge on how to conduct Paid campaign \& Organic Keyword research for a business website including the ability to segment them on basis on sales funnel stages.
Ø Practical experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaign setup and execution.
Ø Exposure to integrating campaigns with CRM systems to track conversions, attribution and funnel optimisation.
Ø Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
Ø Ability to track conversions via Google Analytics, Tag Manager and interpret performance insights.
Ø Ability to optimize campaigns based on budget, keyword competition, and audience behavior.
Ø Experience in creating and presenting campaign reports using Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager / Google Analytics.
Ø Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ø Experience in Digital Marketing Agency with Small Business, Retail Store, B2C Industry exposure.
Ø Demonstrated ability to handle client campaigns independently.
Ø Exposure to lead generation or sales\-focused campaign objectives.
Ø Using AI to automate competitor research, Ad Creative \& Copy Research and reporting.
Ø Experience in client\-facing communication, including call/email reporting and feedback.
Ø Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Facebook Conversion API setup.
Ø Familiarity with A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, or audience segments.
Ø Understanding of funnel\-based campaign structures (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
Ø Third\-party digital marketing certifications (e.g., from Coursera, Udemy, or LinkedIn Learning)
Ø Knowledge of lead magnets, email capture flows, or landing page best practices.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
