Regular schedule: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Salary: Rs.20,000–Rs.30,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and skills.

Travel: Local client visits and occasional outstation travel, approximately once or twice a month. Additional working days outside the regular three\-day schedule will be paid separately. All work\-related travel expenses, including transport and accommodation where required, will be covered by Asaino. Travel arrangements and additional\-day payment will be agreed in advance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Asaino is looking for a dependable, organised person to coordinate centre operations and support our healers during sessions, workshops and client visits. This is a hands\-on role combining client care, practical assistance, team coordination and basic video setup. You will work closely with the centre’s healers and the wider team, anticipate what needs preparing and follow tasks through to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Centre operations: Keep rooms, materials and equipment ready; coordinate supplies, maintenance, opening and closing arrangements.
• Client coordination: Manage appointments, enquiries, reminders and follow\-ups. Welcome clients, explain practical session information and handle concerns professionally.
• Healer support: Prepare session spaces and materials, assist with workshop arrangements and provide practical support before, during and after activities.
• Travel and client visits: Accompany the centre’s healers to client locations within Mumbai and on occasional outstation visits. Coordinate schedules, transport arrangements, equipment, venue readiness and client communication.
• Content recording: Set up phones or cameras, tripods, lighting and microphones; check framing and sound; assist during recording and organise footage for the editing team.
• Team coordination: Turn instructions from the centre’s healers into clear tasks, communicate them to the relevant team members and follow up on deadlines.
• Administration: Maintain accurate appointment, payment, expense and inventory records, and protect client confidentiality.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Ideally 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, hospitality, customer service, administration, events or professional assistance. Applicants from different backgrounds with demonstrable relevant skills are welcome.
• Strong organisation, punctuality, reliability and consistent follow\-through.
• Warm, clear communication in Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage.
• Confidence using WhatsApp Business, email, calendars and basic spreadsheets.
• Basic familiarity with camera or phone recording, lighting and microphones.
• Willingness to travel locally and outside Mumbai approximately once or twice monthly, including occasional overnight stays agreed in advance.
• Ability to manage changing arrangements calmly, take responsibility and communicate problems promptly.
• Respectful, professional conduct with clients and comfort working around Reiki, crystal healing and related spiritual practices.
• Availability for the regular Sunday\-to\-Tuesday schedule and a reliable commute to Andheri West.

HELPFUL ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE

Workshop coordination, travel logistics, Canva, basic video editing or supporting a practitioner, founder or small team. Professional video editing is not essential.

Prior healing qualifications are not essential. The role provides operational and practical assistance; independently conducting healing sessions is not part of the position.
