We are a rapidly growing company serving businesses across the UK market. We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to help us identify and hire high\-performing International Telesales Executives and Sales Professionals. The ideal candidates will have a background in IT Sales or International Telesales, along with excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for International Telesales and Sales roles.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' communication skills, sales aptitude, and relevant experience.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate follow\-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Build a pipeline of qualified telesales candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve hiring targets. These responsibilities align with common HR recruiter and talent acquisition functions such as sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (BPO, telesales, call center, or sales hiring preferred).
- Experience hiring for International Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service roles.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess spoken English and sales potential.
- Self\-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Experience recruiting for UK, US, or International processes.
- LinkedIn sourcing experience.
- Ability to hire multiple candidates monthly.
