• *Job Description – Patient Counsellor**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Counsel patients regarding treatments, procedures, and hospital services.
• Explain treatment plans, procedures, and cost estimates to patients.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams regarding patient requirements.
• Follow up with patients and support treatment conversions.
• Handle patient queries and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain patient counselling records and follow\-up reports.

• *Required Skills:** Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, and counselling skills. Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred.

• *Location:** Tiruppur
• *Qualification:** Any Degree; candidates with healthcare or hospital administration backgrounds preferred.
• *Experience:** 1–3 years in patient counselling, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
