Pattern Agent Developer

Experience\-8\+Years

Design and develop Pattern Agent algorithms for intelligent pattern recognition and decision\-making.

Build and optimize ML pipelines for pattern extraction, learning, and continuous improvement.

Implement promotion logic and anonymization rules to ensure secure and privacy\-compliant data processing.

Develop three\-layer matching capabilities, including

Direct lookup

Constrained similarity matching

Full inference\-based matching

Define and implement graduation criteria for self\-learning knowledge systems to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Design scalable algorithms for entity matching, relationship discovery, and contextual reasoning.

Collaborate with the GraphRAG Engineer to integrate pattern recognition with the underlying graph\-based data layer.

Interpret, refine, and enhance existing design specifications to improve system performance and scalability.

Optimize algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and production\-scale deployments.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

8\+ years of software engineering or machine learning development experience.

Strong experience designing and implementing ML Pipelines.

Expertise in Graph Data Structures and graph\-based knowledge systems.

Hands\-on experience with Anonymization Logic and privacy\-preserving data processing.

Strong understanding of Promotion \& Graduation Algorithms.

Experience building Self\-learning Knowledge Systems.

Ability to understand, interpret, and enhance existing technical design specifications.

Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, or Graph Databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph, etc.).

Hands\-on experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit\-learn.

Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, and Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Experience with graph algorithms, embeddings, similarity search, and inference engines.

Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and scalable AI architectures.

Experience working with LLM\-powered AI systems and agentic workflows is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per month
