As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist within Payments Operations, you will ensure the accurate, timely, and secure movement of funds across a wide range of payment products and counterparties. You will execute high\-volume payment processing, including validating global currency transfers and handling cash, trade, merchant, commercial card, and customer account transactions in line with established procedures. You will perform sanctions and fraud reviews, apply funds control, and conduct basic research and client investigations to uphold compliance and risk standards. You will identify, resolve, or escalate operational and procedural issues that arise during payment processing to protect both clients and the institution. You will collaborate with cross\-functional and cross\-location teams, as well as clients, to maintain strong relationships and achieve shared objectives. You will detect and escalate potential fraudulent activity to mitigate financial and reputational risk. You will contribute to process optimization initiatives that target inefficiencies, improve quality, and enhance the customer experience. You will coach, train, and mentor team members to support high standards of productivity, quality, and service. You will interface with other operations groups to research and resolve inquiries, including complex or escalated matters. You will also learn and apply innovation, market product knowledge, and artificial intelligence tools to identify opportunities to improve and optimize payment lifecycle processes.
