Payroll & Compliance Manager

• **Payroll Processing:** Oversee end\-to\-end payroll cycles (weekly, bi\-weekly, or monthly) for large headcounts, including the computation of overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• **Statutory \& Tax Compliance:** Manage regulatory deductions (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, and TDS in India) and ensure alignment with state and national labor laws.
• **Audit \& Controls:** Design internal controls and maintain impeccable documentation to survive internal and external tax or labor audits.
• **System Optimization:** Maintain and upgrade payroll software and HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and automated tax processing.
• **Stakeholder Management:** Liaise with HR, Finance, and external vendors while resolving escalated employee grievances regarding their pay or benefits.

• *Experience:** 5 to 10\+ years of experience in payroll management and HR compliance.

• *Legal Knowledge:** Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll tax configurations, and statutory reporting.

Pay: ₹55,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
