The **HR Executive – Payroll, Compliance \& HR Operations** will be responsible for payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee records management, HR documentation, and day\-to\-day HR administration.
The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of labour laws and payroll processes, and the ability to coordinate with employees, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely compliance and accurate HR operations across the organization.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee master data.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Liaise with consultants for payroll processing, labour law compliance, and statutory filings.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, HR databases, and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and exit\-related documentation.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities.
- Support recruitment activities, interview scheduling, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee insurance, mediclaim, and other HR benefits.
- Manage manpower contract administration, employee compliance, and related documentation.
- Handle payroll, compliance, and employee records for a diverse workforce including corporate staff, hospitality employees, drivers, maintenance personnel, and manpower deployed at client locations.
- Generate HR reports, payroll reports, compliance trackers, and MIS for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and HR activities.
- Coordinate with branch offices and department heads on HR\-related matters.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Payroll, Compliance, and HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops \& Establishment Act, and other labour law compliances.
- Experience in payroll processing, HR documentation, and employee record management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, payroll software, and reporting tools.
- Good English communication skills (verbal \& written).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Experience handling payroll and HR administration for a diverse workforce will be preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, facility management, manpower services, or service industry will be an advantage.
