Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result\-driven PEB Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Pre\-Engineered Building (PEB) segment. The ideal candidate should possess strong industrial project sales experience and have a sound understanding of steel structures, industrial warehouses, factory buildings, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business opportunities in the PEB and Structural Steel segment.
Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Prepare and submit techno\-commercial proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Participate in tendering activities, bid submissions, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate with estimation, design, and project execution teams for accurate costing and proposal preparation.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions to understand customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and after\-sales support.
Required Skills
Strong experience in PEB Sales, Structural Steel Sales, Industrial Construction Sales, or Infrastructure Project Sales.
Knowledge of Industrial Warehouses, Factory Buildings, Manufacturing Units, Logistics Parks, and Infrastructure Projects.
Hands\-on experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Techno\-Commercial Proposal Preparation.
Ability to understand engineering drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and costing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred).
MBA in Marketing \& Sales will be an added advantage.
3 to 8 years of relevant experience in PEB, Structural Steel, Industrial Project Sales, or Infrastructure Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
