The Peon / Office Assistant is responsible for providing general office support, maintaining cleanliness, handling documents, and assisting with day\-to\-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and collect documents, files, and parcels within and outside the office as required.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other office\-related tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
Support administrative and housekeeping activities.
Handle office supplies and ensure availability of required materials.
