People Analytics Analyst

About the role : This role will be responsible for developing the HR Services KPIS in automated tool, supporting the reporting operations with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to HR stakeholders.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure analytics and reporting needs are met.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Responsible for managing data sets, ensuring they are clean, accurate, and ready for analysis, involving data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Assess KPI´s analysis and comparison year on year.
• Action oriented and demonstrate accountability for results.
• Contributes in the analysis \& implementation of reporting and evaluation of current processes in HR as well as project reporting implementation
• Perform data analysis and data validation to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Minimum Qualification

• University degree in Business, Economics, IT, Psychology or related fields.
• 1\-3 years of experience in a reporting / analytics role, with proven track record of steering continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Language skills: Fluent in English. Portuguese and Spanish is valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment
• Prior exposure to chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector
• Familiarity with process excellence methodologies (Front end tool advanced developer, back end knowledge, SQL developer. Azure and data bricks knowledge).
• Work effectively in a multicultural, fast\-paced global environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• PowerBI and Front\-End Reporting Tools. Strong analytical skills in reporting \& dashboard creation. Proven track record of translating metrics and data to stakeholders in an easy understood manner. Valuable knowledge in Visier software.
