Job Summary

The HR Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing workforce data, measuring employee performance trends, developing HR metrics, and providing insights that support talent management and business objectives. The role focuses on improving employee productivity, performance management processes, and overall organizational effectiveness through data driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret employee performance data.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Monitor performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion.
• Identify trends related to employee productivity, engagement, turnover, and retention.
• Support performance management initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department managers to address performance gaps.
• Generate actionable recommendations based on workforce analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership teams.
• Assist in workforce planning and talent development strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of performance management frameworks and HR metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, or performance analysis.
• Experience working with HR reporting and performance management systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
