We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive business growth through effective digital advertising strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Manage paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and reduce advertising costs.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, strategies, and marketing trends.
• Both **freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply**.
