Performance Marketer

Conceps is looking for a **Performance Marketer** to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with strong expertise in tracking, analytics, testing, and campaign scaling.

• *What You'll Own**

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Build campaign strategies based on business goals, audiences, budgets, and conversions
• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns
• Manage remarketing, custom, and lookalike audiences
• Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate
• Conduct campaign and creative testing across audiences, creatives, copies, placements, and bidding
• Implement horizontal and vertical scaling for successful campaigns
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, CAPI, conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Analyze CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability
• Use Meta Ads Library for competitor and creative research
• Work with the creative team on performance\-focused ad creatives
• Monitor creative fatigue, lead quality, and campaign trends
• Prepare performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations
• Manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines and performance goals

• *What Sets You Apart**

• **3\+ years** of hands\-on performance marketing experience
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong knowledge of **campaign optimization, testing, and scaling**
• Good understanding of **Meta Pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking**
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Ability to analyze data and make data\-driven decisions
• Understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and marketing funnels
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and take complete ownership

• Knowledge of landing page optimization
• Experience with CRM and lead\-quality analysis
