Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for D2C brands.
• Manage Sales, Conversion, and Catalog campaigns to achieve ROAS and revenue goals.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Build audience strategies, retargeting campaigns, and scaling plans.
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad creatives and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands\-on experience managing **Meta Ads** for D2C/e\-commerce brands.
• Proven experience running **Sales and Conversion campaigns** with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution.
• Analytical mindset with experience optimizing ROAS and scaling profitable campaigns.
• Agency experience preferred.
