Job Summary

We are looking for a data\-driven **Performance Marketing Executive** with **1–3 years of experience** in the **Finance Industry**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in managing paid marketing campaigns, driving quality lead generation, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI across digital platforms. Experience in promoting financial products such as **Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investments, or other financial services** will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn Ads**, and other digital platforms.
• Generate high\-quality leads while optimizing **CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)**.
• Manage and optimize campaigns for financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Investment Services.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance using **Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel**, and other analytics tools.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversions.
• Coordinate with the Product, Design, Content, and Sales teams to execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and developments in the Finance Industry.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of hands\-on experience in **Performance Marketing**, preferably in the **Finance Industry**.
• Strong expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel**.
• Experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, remarketing, and campaign scaling.
• Good understanding of **CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and ROI**.
• Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and achieve performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the **Finance Industry**, including Banking, NBFC, Lending, Insurance, Investments, Wealth Management, or Financial Services, will be highly preferred.
