Job Summary

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results\-oriented **Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Expert)** to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns to generate high\-quality leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost\-effective campaign execution.
• Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), events, and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams to produce high\-performing campaigns.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads platform updates, policies, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing or Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience running Lead Generation, Website Conversion, Sales, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Event Manager, and campaign tracking.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Salary
