Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Manage and scale paid media budgets to meet lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals.
  • Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
  • Create performance reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to create high\-converting creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
  • Stay up\-to\-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands\-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
  • Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive ROI\-focused campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of customer funnels, attribution models, and remarketing strategies.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹380,000\.00 \- ₹420,000\.00 per year
