We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage advertising campaigns, optimize ROI, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Local campaigns).
• Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop lead generation, sales, and brand awareness strategies.
• Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Build high\-converting campaign structures from scratch.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs.
• Improve CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking using:
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)
• Meta Pixel
• Conversion API (CAPI)
• Google Ads Conversion Tracking
• Conduct A/B testing for:
• Ad creatives
• Landing pages
• Headlines
• Audience targeting
• Create remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to improve ad performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising policies and algorithm changes.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of Google Ads.
• Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of:
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)
• Google Tag Manager
• Meta Pixel
• Conversion API
• Experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to scale profitable campaigns.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets from ₹1 lakh to ₹20 lakh\+.
• Landing page optimization knowledge.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certifications.
• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Professional Certification.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
