Performance Marketer

• Drive profitable user acquisition, scale revenue, and maximize ROAS across all paid digital channels.
• Manage high\-impact ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
• Strategically allocate and optimize multi\-million\-rupee ad budgets to hit target CAC and LTV metrics.
• Run rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) using Google Analytics and attribution tools.
• Build advanced custom, lookalike, and retargeting audience segments to capture high\-intent users.
• Brief design and strategy teams on winning ad formats, hooks, and performance trends.
• Partner with sales teams to align paid acquisition with user onboarding and retention.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad tech innovations, and competitor strategies within the Indian market.
• Bring 3 to 6\+ years of hands\-on performance marketing experience with deep proficiency in ad managers and data analytics.
