• *Role: Performance Marketer**

Location: D block, Noida Sector 63

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

• *What You’ll Be Doing:**

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads \& Meta Ads
• Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI on every campaign
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
• Work closely with creative \& content teams for high\-converting campaigns
• Generate reports and actionable insights

• *What We’re Looking For:**

• Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels
• Hands\-on experience with paid ads (Google, Facebook/Instagram)
• Analytical mindset with data\-driven decision\-making
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking \& pixels
• Ability to scale campaigns and reduce CPA
