Performance Marketer

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a results\-oriented **Performance Marketing Specialist** to manage paid advertising campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and improve revenue through data\-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with a strong understanding of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

\* Drive customer acquisition, online sales, qualified website traffic, and conversions.

\* Monitor key performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

\* Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize profitability and return on ad spend.

\* Optimize audiences, ad creatives, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

\* Conduct A/B testing across ad copy, creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.

\* Implement and monitor conversion tracking using tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

\* Develop retargeting and remarketing campaigns to improve conversions and customer retention.

\* Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop high\-performing campaigns.

\* Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

\* 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.

\* Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

\* Experience managing campaigns focused on sales, leads, conversions, or revenue.

\* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and marketing analytics.

\* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
