- **Role Overview:\-***
We are looking for a data\-driven and execution\-focused Performance Marketing Associate to support and scale Thrillophilia's paid acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, hands\-on campaign execution experience,
and a keen interest in digital marketing tools, trends and consumer behavior. You will work closely with the Growth team to execute campaigns, monitor performance, conduct market and competitor research, and identify optimisation opportunities that improve acquisition efficiency and campaign performance.
- **Key Responsibilities:\-***
- **Campaign Execution \& Performance Marketing***
- Execute and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube,Bing, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Assist in campaign setup, audience creation, bid management, budget pacing, and performance monitoring.
- Support ongoing optimisation efforts to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and acquisition efficiency.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and adhere to best practices across platforms.
- **Market Research \& Competitive Analysis:\-***
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, messaging strategies, creatives, and campaign opportunities.
- Research customer behavior, audience segments, and industry trends to support campaign planning.
- Monitor platform updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices, recommending relevant opportunities to the team.
- Gather insights from market research to help improve targeting, positioning, and creative effectiveness.
- **Funnel Optimization \& Experimentation:\-***
- Assist in optimizing the customer journey from ad click to lead generation by identifying conversion bottlenecks.
- Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages,and offers.
- Work closely with Product, Creative, CRM, and Sales teams to implement and evaluate optimization experiments.
- Track experiment results and document learnings for future campaigns.
- **Analytics \& Reporting:\-***
- Monitor campaign performance across key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC,conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
- Support attribution analysis and ensure accurate campaign tracking using relevant analytics tools.
- **Cross\-functional Collaboration:\-***
- Coordinate with Creative teams to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, CRM, Product, and Sales teams to support acquisition initiatives.
- Work with external agency partners where required to ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting.
- Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and performance records.
- **What We're Looking For:\-***
- 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Experience with campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Good understanding of digital marketing funnels, paid acquisition, and conversion metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AI\-powered marketing and productivity tools for research, content ideation, campaign optimization, and workflow automation is a plus.
Pay: From ₹80,000\.00 per month
