Position Overview
Prospect Venture LLP is seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing \& Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize the company's digital presence, lead generation activities, paid advertising campaigns, website management, and brand awareness initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for executing performance\-driven marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to generate qualified leads, increase customer acquisition, improve website traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
Performance Marketing \& Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through online marketing activities and performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion.
Website Management
- Manage and maintain company WordPress websites.
- Publish, update, and optimize website content, blogs, articles, landing pages, and service pages.
- Ensure website functionality, content accuracy, and user experience optimization.
- Coordinate website improvements to support business and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management
- Handle and manage company Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand strategy.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate awareness and promotional campaigns across social media platforms.
Content Marketing
- Create and publish blogs, articles, newsletters, website updates, and promotional content.
- Support content marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with management to develop educational and promotional content strategies.
SEO \& Digital Marketing
- Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives to improve organic search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on\-page SEO best practices.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and search performance using analytics tools.
- Assist in executing email marketing, content marketing, and digital outreach campaigns.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Monitor analytics and campaign performance across all digital channels.
- Track website traffic, lead generation performance, social media growth, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Provide data\-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and business growth.
Brand Awareness \& Growth Marketing
- Coordinate awareness and promotional campaigns to increase brand recognition.
- Support customer acquisition and business growth initiatives.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Assist in developing growth marketing strategies that improve customer engagement and revenue opportunities.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Working knowledge of:

- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and marketing data.
