Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result\-oriented **Performance Marketing Executive (Ad Buyer)** to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in driving customer acquisition, improving campaign performance, and scaling D2C/eCommerce brands through data\-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data\-driven optimization decisions.
• Analyze key metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high\-performing ad creatives.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve campaign objectives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Ad Operations.
• Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience working with D2C, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance effectively.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs or more.
• Knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce sales funnels.
• Experience with WhatsApp Marketing, YouTube Ads, and other paid channels.
• Understanding of attribution models and customer journey analysis.
