Nelgates Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, data\-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will help set up and run paid campaigns, track their performance, and support the team in improving results and ROI. Immediate joiners are preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Set up, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns(Domestic \& International)
• Monitor daily ad spend and campaign performance to improve ROI
• Track analytics and prepare regular performance reports
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copy
• Support the marketing manager in planning and executing campaign strategy

• *Requirements**

• 1\+ years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Any relevant degree
• Willing to work from the Coimbatore office
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
