*Job Title:** Performance Marketing Executive

*Job Summary:**

We are looking for a results\-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in driving leads, conversions, and ROI through data\-driven campaigns.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and **Meta Ads** (Facebook \& Instagram).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Track and analyze campaign performance using **Google Analytics (GA4\)**, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Coordinate with content, design, and web development teams to create high\-converting creatives and landing pages.
Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking for accurate campaign measurement.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

*Required Skills:**

Hands\-on experience with **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads Manager**.
Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimization.
Experience with **Google Analytics (GA4\)**, **Google Tag Manager**, and Meta Pixel.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities.
