Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across

• Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
• LinkedIn Ads (if required)
• Generate high\-quality leads for clients through strategic paid campaigns
• Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
• Optimize campaigns regularly to improve:
• CPL (Cost Per Lead)
• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
• CTR (Click Through Rate)
• Conversion Rate
• Set up conversion tracking using:
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Google Analytics (GA4\)
• Meta Pixel
• Conversion API (preferred)
• Create campaign reports and present weekly/monthly performance insights
• Work closely with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and funnel improvements
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Monitor budgets and ensure efficient ad spend allocation
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform algorithm changes

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance marketing
• Strong hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform
• Good understanding of lead generation funnels
• Knowledge of tracking setup (Pixel, GTM, GA4\)
• Experience in remarketing and retargeting campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Understanding of landing page optimization
• Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
• Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred)
• Agency experience will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
