Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:**
  • \* Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
  • \* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube \& Performance Max)
  • \* LinkedIn Ads
  • \* YouTube Ads
  • \* Other relevant paid media platforms
  • \* Generate high\-quality leads while maintaining low Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • \* Scale profitable campaigns with consistent ROAS.
  • \* Conduct audience research, lookalike audience creation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • \* Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and targeting.
  • \* Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • \* Collaborate with the creative team for high\-converting ad creatives and videos.
  • \* Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets.
  • \* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • \* Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
  • *Required Skills**
  • \* 2\+ years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • \* Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
  • \* Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
  • \* Experience with lead generation campaigns.
  • \* Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • \* Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
  • \* Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
  • \* Experience managing monthly ad budgets.
  • \* Ability to independently scale campaigns.
  • *Preferred Skills**
  • \* Experience in Education, EdTech, Healthcare, or Psychology industry.
  • \* Landing page optimization.
  • \* CRM integration experience.
  • \* Copywriting for paid ads.
  • \* Basic knowledge of Canva or creative strategy.
  • *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

\* Cost Per Lead (CPL)

\* Qualified Lead Rate

\* Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

\* Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
