Logic Fusion Private Limited is seeking a data\-driven and result\-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize leads and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and advertising budgets.
• Track conversions using Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and MIS.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and Meta Pixel.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in campaign optimization.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Results\-driven with strong ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
