Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads) – Malad West

RRIDIX is a growing 360° digital marketing agency helping brands scale through performance marketing, branding, websites, and creative strategies.

We are looking for a **Performance Marketing Executive** with at least **1 year of hands\-on experience** in running and optimising campaigns on **Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)** and **Google Ads**.

• *Responsibilities**

• Create, manage, and optimise Meta \& Google ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, and ROAS.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Generate weekly/monthly campaign reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager \& Google Ads.
• Knowledge of campaign optimisation, pixel tracking, and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

• *Preferred**

• Experience with lead generation or eCommerce brands.
• Google/Meta certifications are a plus.

• *Salary**

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Malad West, Mumbai
