  • *Job Summary**

We are looking for a Paid Media / Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in digital advertising. The candidate should have practical working knowledge of paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, along with basic exposure to Snapchat Ads, GA4, campaign tracking and reporting.

The role will support the planning, execution, monitoring and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The candidate should be comfortable working with campaign data, preparing reports, tracking spends and supporting campaigns aimed at improving online visibility, store footfall, product awareness, leads and sales.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist in planning, setting up and executing paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Support store\-wise, city\-wise and product/category\-specific campaigns as per the marketing plan.
  • Conduct basic audience research, competitor research and keyword research for campaign planning.
  • Create and manage campaigns for awareness, traffic, engagement, lead generation and remarketing under guidance.
  • Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives, captions, formats and campaign requirements.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance across platforms and highlight key changes in spend, reach, CTR, CPC, CPM, leads, conversions and other relevant metrics.
  • Make basic campaign optimisations such as budget adjustments, audience changes, placement checks and creative testing after approval.
  • Assist in setting up UTMs, pixels, GA4 tracking and basic conversion tracking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Support in creating and updating Looker Studio dashboards for campaign performance tracking.
  • Maintain campaign records, spend sheets, reports and key learnings.
  • Support local/store\-level campaigns for offers, product pushes, launches, festive campaigns and store visibility.
  • Share observations on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with new ad formats, platform updates and digital marketing trends.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Hands\-on working knowledge of key paid media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Basic exposure to Snapchat Ads will be preferred.
  • Basic understanding of GA4 and campaign tracking.
  • Basic experience with Looker Studio report creation will be preferred.
  • Understanding of campaign metrics such as reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, leads, conversions and ROAS.
  • Basic knowledge of UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking and remarketing.
  • Ability to read campaign data and prepare simple performance summaries.
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and tracking.
  • Good coordination skills for working with design, content and operations teams.
  • Attention to detail in campaign setup, targeting, budgets and reports.
  • Willingness to learn and improve campaign performance through data.
  • *Preferred Experience**
  • 1–2 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience in running Meta and Google campaigns is preferred.
  • Experience with F\&B, retail, café, bakery, FMCG, hospitality or consumer brands will be an advantage.
  • Experience in local/store\-level campaigns will be preferred.
  • Agency experience or experience handling multiple campaigns at once will be an added advantage.
  • *Qualification**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.

Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 or digital marketing will be preferred but are not mandatory.

  • *Key Performance Indicators**
  • Timely campaign setup and execution.
  • Accuracy of campaign tracking and reports.
  • Improvement in campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, reach, traffic and leads.
  • Quality of weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Ability to identify basic campaign issues and suggest improvements.
  • Proper maintenance of campaign records and spend reports.
  • Support in improving store\-level online visibility and product campaign performance.
  • Smooth coordination with internal teams for campaign execution.
  • *Candidate Profile**

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, data\-oriented and execution\-focused. The person should have basic hands\-on experience with paid ads and should be comfortable with campaign setup, monitoring, reporting and optimisation support.

We are looking for someone who can grow with the marketing department and support structured, measurable digital marketing execution for the brand.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
