Performance Marketing Executive Role Overview

Digicage is looking for a **Performance Marketing Executive** with **1\+ year of hands\-on experience** in managing paid advertising campaigns. You'll work on live client projects, manage Meta \& Google Ads, optimize campaign performance, and help drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta \& Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct audience, competitor, and market research.
• Set up Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and overall performance.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high\-performing ad creatives.

Requirements

• 1\+ year of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and marketing funnels.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• **Probation Period:** 3 Months
• **Working Hours:** 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• **Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
