Performance Marketing Executive

PinTech Digital is looking for a skilled and result\-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and business growth for our clients.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on\-page SEO, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign KPIs using analytics and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

• *Required Skills**

• 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and keyword research.
• Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget management.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and reporting skills.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
