Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a results\-driven **Performance Marketing Executive** with **2–4 years of experience** in digital advertising and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads**. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a data\-driven approach, and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads** platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and improve lead quality.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend efficiency, and ensure optimal allocation of marketing resources.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Generate high\-quality leads while maintaining cost\-effective acquisition strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, and sales/business development teams to ensure campaign alignment and effective execution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **2–4 years of hands\-on experience** in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven experience managing **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads** campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion\-focused marketing.
- Proficiency in campaign reporting, performance analysis, and data interpretation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design, content, and business teams.
