About the Role
Wayanad Silverwoods Resort \& Spa is looking for a highly motivated **Premium Customer Marketing Executive** with proven expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, resort marketing, and digital lead generation**. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns that generate high\-quality enquiries and increase direct bookings from across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads** (Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube) campaigns.
- Manage **Meta Ads** (Facebook \& Instagram) for lead generation and direct bookings.
- Develop digital marketing strategies focused on increasing occupancy and maximizing revenue.
- Generate qualified leads from key markets including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Kochi, and other major cities.
- Optimize campaign performance to achieve the best possible Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis for the hospitality industry.
- Improve website conversion rates through landing page optimization and effective call\-to\-actions.
- Work closely with the reservations and telecalling teams to improve lead\-to\-booking conversion.
- Monitor campaign analytics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad copies, banners, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage seasonal campaigns, festive offers, honeymoon packages, family packages, wedding promotions, and corporate retreat campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, bookings, campaign performance, occupancy contribution, and marketing ROI.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in digital marketing, preferably in the **hospitality, travel, or resort industry**.
- Hands\-on expertise in **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, **Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)**, **Google Tag Manager (GTM)**, and **Google Search Console**.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, remarketing, conversion tracking, and lead nurturing.
- Experience in running campaigns that generate direct bookings and reduce OTA dependency.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, lead management systems, and marketing automation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and campaign optimization skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable business results.
