• *About the Role**

We are looking for a results\-driven Performance Marketing with at least 2 years of hands\-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Set up and manage Google Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Develop effective strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising platform features, policies, and trends.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Minimum 2\+ years of hands\-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in lead generation, retargeting, audience segmentation, and budget management.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and making data\-driven decisions.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
