• *About the Role**

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to learn and run paid campaigns for D2C brands on Meta and Google.

• *What You Will Do**

• Assist in setting up and optimising Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Track daily metrics – spend, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS – and prepare reports
• Research audiences, competitors and ad creatives
• Coordinate creative briefs and A/B tests with the design team
• Support Shopify / e\-commerce tracking and analytics

• *Who You Are**

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (certifications a plus)
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and numbers
• Interest in D2C, e\-commerce and growth marketing
• Freshers and final\-year students welcome

• Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for KPIs via paid marketing
• Creation, launch, and management of Facebook and Google ad campaigns, ad creatives, ad copies and headlines
• Testing, Optimization, Scaling and Retargeting the ad campaigns.
• Research \& monitor the activity of the competitors
• Report the performance of ad campaigns(weekly basis)
• Handling the overall paid ad campaigns
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

Job Types: Full\-time, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
