  • *The Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly analytical and results\-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition efforts across paid marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands customer behavior, and has successfully scaled performance campaigns in a fast\-paced E\-commerce or EdTech environment. You will own the end\-to\-end performance marketing funnel—from campaign strategy and execution to optimization and reporting—while working closely with creative, product, sales, and business teams to drive learner acquisition and revenue growth.

  • *What You’ll Do**
  • Own the end\-to\-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital

marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube \& Performance

Max) and other relevant paid channels.

  • Drive learner acquisition by optimizing campaigns for lead quality, conversions,

CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth.

  • Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets of ₹1 Crore or more while

ensuring maximum return on investment.

  • Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and conversion funnels to

identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding optimization, A/B

testing, and landing page optimization.

  • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using GA4 and

other analytics platforms.

  • Generate actionable insights by analyzing campaign performance across regions,

audiences, creatives, messaging, and channels.

  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Product, Sales, and Business teams to

develop high\-performing campaigns and learner acquisition strategies.

  • Build dashboards and present campaign performance, business insights, and

recommendations to key stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform updates,

and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • *What You Need to Succeed**
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads across Search, Display, YouTube, and

Performance Max campaigns.

  • Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to derive

insights from data and make data\-driven decisions.

  • Hands\-on experience with GA4, conversion tracking, attribution models, and

marketing analytics.

  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, online

learner/customer journeys, and digital consumer behavior.

  • Ability to evaluate creative performance and provide data\-backed

recommendations for campaign optimization.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the

ability to collaborate across cross\-functional teams.

  • A proactive mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and a

passion for driving business growth.

  • *What You Need to Have**
  • 5–8 years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing digital advertising budgets of ₹1 Crore or more

per month.

  • Prior experience in E\-commerce or EdTech organizations is highly

preferred.

  • Experience managing online customer or learner acquisition through

performance marketing campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag

Manager, and performance reporting tools.

  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate

optimization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field

(preferred).

  • Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
