Performance Marketing Manager

• *We are looking for a Manager \- Performance Marketing who:**

• Will manage a team of performance marketers and end\-to\-end client projects including audience research, competitive research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization, and reporting
• Will be doing cross\-platform ads analytics to keep growing each brand
• Will be making structures to create a high performance eco\-system
• Will be closely working on E\-Commerce sales campaigns on Instagram
• Has prior hands\-on experience in Google Ads management and Meta Ads, on performance\-driven campaigns
• Knows key metrics \& amp; trackers for Google Ads optimization
• Experience in handling Ads Management for brands of different industries
• Is highly data\-focussed in research and decision making

• *Other Requirements**

• Team handling experience is mandatory
• Google Ads certification (Preferable)
• Meta Ads experience is mandatory
• Experience in LinkedIn and Amazon Ads is preferable
• Experience of more than 2\.5 years in an advertising / digital agency

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
