Job Description

  • *About the Role**

We are looking for a performance marketer who has built and managed paid acquisition at a D2C brand. You will own campaign operations across Google and Meta, work closely with the creative and product teams, and be directly responsible for revenue from paid channels.

This is a hands\-on role. You will run campaigns, manage tracking, interpret data, and act on it.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

Paid Media

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Drive qualified traffic and conversions to the Shopify store.
  • Manage budgets with a clear focus on CAC and ROAS efficiency.

Shopify and Conversion

  • Monitor funnel performance across the Shopify store and identify opportunities to improve CVR, AOV, and checkout completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on landing page and UX improvements that affect conversion.

Tracking and Analytics

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking across Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and Shopify analytics.
  • Implement and maintain Meta CAPI and other server\-side tracking solutions.
  • Build performance dashboards and generate actionable weekly and monthly reports.
  • Understand COD\-heavy attribution dynamics and account for RTO patterns in performance reads.

Growth and Experimentation

  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Identify new acquisition channels and scaling opportunities.
  • Brief creative teams on ad formats and messaging based on performance data.
  • Manage retargeting strategies and customer lifecycle funnels.
  • *What We're Looking For**
  • 2\+ years of performance marketing experience at a D2C or e\-commerce brand. Candidates with agency backgrounds are welcome, but must have worked directly on a brand's paid account with ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Solid working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with Meta CAPI and marketing API integrations.
  • Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).
  • Understanding of the COD\-prepaid split and its impact on return\-on\-ad\-spend reads in Indian D2C.
  • Comfort with CRM and WhatsApp retargeting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical instincts. You can build a read from raw data, not just dashboards.
  • *What Success Looks Like**
  • Revenue generated from paid channels
  • ROAS, net of returns
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Conversion rate on Shopify
  • Tracking accuracy and attribution coverage

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹125,000\.00 per month
