Nelgates Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented, result\-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will plan and run paid campaigns, manage budgets, and turn data into measurable business growth. Immediate joiners are preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns(Domestic \& International)
• Manage advertising budgets and improve ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Develop marketing strategies that drive business growth
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to achieve marketing goals

• *Requirements**

• 5\+ years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
• Hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking and reporting
• Any relevant degree
• Willing to work from the Coimbatore office
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
