• *Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing professional to drive high\-volume traffic and conversions for our Airport E\-commerce platforms. This role demands a hands\-on approach to paid media, partnerships, and data\-driven strategies within the high\-stakes airport ecosystem. The primary objective is to maximize non\-aero revenue by driving traveler adoption and transaction volumes through performance marketing, on\-site digital triggers, and strategic collaboration with airport concessions and retailers.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Performance Marketing \& Campaign Execution:**

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms to drive engagement and sales.
• Track and optimize key metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance.

• *Airport Partnerships \& Revenue Growth:**

• Partner with airports and concessions to co\-create localized promotions, loyalty programs, and in\-terminal activations.
• Drive footfall to digital commerce platforms through strategic B2B2C collaborations.
• Track and report revenue attribution from marketing efforts to leadership and airport partners.

• *Data\-Driven Personalization \& Engagement:**

• Utilize platform analytics to identify high\-value traveler segments and deploy personalized marketing nudges to increase Average Transaction Value (ATV).
• Implement Location\-based Engagement Optimization (LEO) using geo\-fencing, beacons, and real\-time airport traffic data to trigger personalized offers.
• Enable dynamic website/app restructuring based on gate\-specific promotions, flight delays, or peak\-hour personalization.
• Leverage AI\-driven insights for hyper\-local recommendations and engagement optimization.

• *Research \& Cross\-Functional Collaboration:**

• Conduct market research on airport consumer behavior and competitor benchmarks.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and technology teams to integrate marketing insights into platform enhancements.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and partners.

• *Must\-Have Competencies:**

• 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven record of delivering 3x\+ ROAS in e\-commerce or retail environments.
• Hands\-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong experience in B2B2C partnerships, preferably in travel, retail, airports, or high\-footfall environments.
• Strong analytical skills including SQL, Excel, Power BI, and structured A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing tools such as MoEngage for real\-time notifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• *Good\-to\-Have Competencies:**

• Familiarity with airport operations, passenger journey mapping, or travel tech ecosystems.
• Understanding of aviation regulations or non\-aero revenue models.
• Content creation skills for airport\-specific campaigns including video or AR\-based activations.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or growth marketing programs.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5\+ years in performance marketing with at least 3\+ years in e\-commerce or partnership\-driven roles.
• Experience in high\-transaction or digital commerce environments preferred.
• Willingness to travel to airports (approximately 10%) for activations and meetings.
