Role overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own full\-funnel growth strategy and paid media performance for our D2C and ecommerce brands across Meta and Google \- scaling profitably, not just chasing ROAS.

Key responsibilities

\- Own full\-funnel growth strategy across Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, Paid Social).

\- Build quarterly and annual growth roadmaps with clear budget, funnel and scale milestones.

\- Identify growth levers across acquisition, retention, CRO and experimentation.

\- Manage significant monthly ad budgets; optimise for contribution margin and ROAS.

\- Run structured creative testing and audience strategy with the creative team.

\- Own forecasting and reporting on CAC, ROAS, CTR and key funnel metrics.

Requirements

\- 4\+ years hands\-on in performance marketing, agency or D2C brand side (5\+ preferred).

\- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search / Shopping / Paid Social).

\- Strong analytical skills \- GA4, Looker Studio, advanced Excel / Sheets.

\- Understanding of CRO, remarketing frameworks and landing\-page performance.

\- Comfortable owning budgets and targets in a fast\-paced agency environment.
